Functional
We will take a gentle and compassionate approach to training, and with patience I'll encourage and support you as you work at your own pace towards your health and fitness goals.
Personal Tranings
Everyone must start somewhere and for personal training, this is a consultation known as induction. Inductions are completely free and only take 1 hour.
Cardio
They last between 30 & 40 minutes, and are made to get your heart racing. Each session is designed with your individual goal in mind to ensure you get the fastest results possible.
Body Pump
Fewer sick days, improved productivity, reduced stress, higher quality of life, reduced lower back pain, increased overall happiness.
Musculation
Find it difficult to fit a workout in around a busy schedule? Don’t want to spend hours in the gym, but still want great results? Express sessions are the solution for you.
Sport Nutrition
The 4 week meal plan and included low calorie cookbook is tailored to meet your specific goals in the fastest, and safest manner. All expected calorie and macronutrient intakes are listed and shopping lists can be provided also.
